Who Am I

I have spent my entire career which has exceeded 43 years in the ICT industry. My start was in the Hardware/Infrastructure side of the business, planning and executing transformation of large companies in Texas from the old antiquated platforms to the latest platforms of the day (IBM Systems). Many of the projects undertaken could not afford any downtime to the business, which gave me the experience of planning and executing world class complex projects.

Later I was assigned the task of Business Development to the off-shore banking industry in Bahrain. One my major responsibilities included the  transformation of the sector successfully through the Y2K period, all with 100% success.

The next 18 years I worked with companies and CEOs to transform and improve their bottom lines through the adoption of leading-edge Business Solutions, while ensuring that the KPIs such as one-year ROI are achieved, successfully reaching those goals in 18 countries across the MENA region.

Today I am proud in providing my experiences as an Executive Consultant in the Digital Transformation arena, after having attained my certification in the subject from MIT Sloane School of Management. Some of my Consulting Services include but not limited to these topics:
